BBA also offers in house financial solutions through our financial partners, complete with mortgage brokerage and financial advisory services specialising in home loans, investor loans, Self managed super fund (SMSF) and wealth creation through property investment. Our financial experts are committed to educating our clients understanding the importance of money management, debt reduction and effective finance structure, during the investment process.

Gaurav Sharma
Gaurav Sharma is the Principal and Founder of Builder Brokers Australia (BBA), a complete home building solution. Gaurav has over 10+ years of experience in building new homes, outsourcing land and working with reputable builders in Eastern and Western Australia. Over this period, he has developed great business relationships with many Real Estate Agents, Home Builders, Land Developers, Finance Companies, and Conveyancing firms. Gaurav is passionate about helping people to achieve their Australian dream, to get into the property market so that they can move forward in their path of financial freedom.
Luisa Travan
Luisa Travan is the Co-founder of Builder Brokers Australia (BBA). Through her time developing strong business relationships and leading the operations for multiple businesses, Luisa has learned the art of communication, service delivery, business improvement and meeting customer expectations. Luisa has an eye and ear for the current market and project developments.

Our Process
Brief
Once you’ve booked your free consultation, one of us will be in touch to arrange a meeting. This can be arranged virtually to discuss all of your building requirements such as budget, location and your project details.
BBA will go through in detail what you can expect at each and every step of the process.
Builder Review and Shortlist
From our initial consultation, we will take all your information, run everything through our selected top tier builders partners to assess whether they will be a good fit for your project.
Our builders are shortlisted based on their specialty, services and location to ensure that no time is wasted getting you the best pricing and conditions.
Builder Connect and Concept Design
Once we have spoken directly with the select builders, provided your budget and outlined your project criteria we will arrange a complete sketch and cost estimate for your build. We work on your behalf throughout the entire project to provide the best customer service.
Contract and Finance
Our builder partner will prepare a build contract for you to review and sign.
At this stage, we will also work together to bring all your construction documentation together and submit your paperwork for finance approval. We have finance partners you can seek advice from.
Construction Commences
With the contract signing now complete, your applications are submitted for building approval and construction commences on your home. Builder Brokers Australia will be alongside you as your project build takes place ensuring you are confident and comfortable and that everything is running smoothly with a high level of quality control. We are also available at any time to answer your questions or concerns about your build
Key Handover
Construction is complete – Now your dreams have become reality! Your home is built and the keys are in your hand. All that’s left to do is to move in and enjoy everything your new home has to offer.
