A New Way to Think About Shared Living

A New Way to Think About Shared Living
We’re not re-inventing the wheel, just making it better
Co-Living offers an innovative and problem-solving approach, introducing a revolutionary shared living concept that expertly tackles the rental crisis, garnering immense popularity among both investors and tenants. The concept entails several cutting-edge designs, each comprising three to four keypad-locked rooms, featuring their very own private ensuites. These fully furnished living spaces are rented out to individuals, providing a convenient and trouble-free rental choice, which generates exceptional investment returns.
How It Works
What’s Included in the Design of Co-Living?
Specially created by professional designers, each property ensures the design vision is delivered through to the smallest detail. Each turn-key design has been carefully considered to include an open plan kitchen, plus dining and entertaining areas for the ultimate in lifestyle and convenience.
Our specifications and inclusions have been chosen to provide our clients with the most comfortable and usable spaces, providing assurance that our homes are low maintenance
Each home constructed by Co-living by BBA is a reflection of our commitment to excellence and is a showcase to our unbending desire to create clients for life.
Our team at Co-living by BBA focus on providing you with a spectacular outcome by sourcing products carefully to fit within your lifestyle and budget. Intelligent design coupled with the best quality finishes is our promise.
3 fully lockable, ensuite bedrooms with additional secured storage allows 3 independent tenants to reside in this highly desirable home. With a variety of floorplans to suit varying land sizes for multiple tenants, a Co-living by BBA is designed to enhance the way people live together.
The fourth bedroom is used as a second living area for the tenant that does not have a dedicated, lockable garage
The Double garage attracts a premium in the weekly rental price for 2 of the 3 tenants.
Tenant feedback is at the heart of the Co-Living by BBA design and this is clearly evidenced with the design outcomes. Having interviewed hundreds of occupants of one-bedroom apartments & shared homes, the Co-Living by BBA design delivers world-class and never seen before accommodation.
The kitchen layout provides practical functionality, allowing multiple tenants the ability to cook at any time. With an oversized stone benchtop and seating for 3 people the kitchen, the kitchen draws tenants together to build a sense of community and belonging. Each occupant is afforded a dedicated lockable pantry.
The laundry has been designed to improve the day to day liveability of the home, and unlike a typical shared home, has both a washing machine and a dryer
High on the wish-list for tenants is storage. Typically a tenant will be forced to rent a small storage facility nearby, however with Co-Living by BBA providing dedicated garages for 2 tenants and an additional living area for the 3rd tenant, we save the tenant money and as a result, increase the longevity of each tenancy.
